Bierverleden Kasteel Croy
The
Prinsen Story – ‘From the moment it was founded.
This company dates back more than 75 years and has certainly stood the test of
time. The Prinsen Story 'From the moment it was founded until today' is a
chronological overview of this family business that is now being run by the
third generation.
Before 1923 ‘The beginning’

Before
the present-day company started making dried foodstuffs, Martinus Prinsen built
his own brewery in the centre of Aarle-Rixtel opposite the church.
Brewing beer was in his blood – his
father was the
'castle brewer' of Croy Castle.
His son, Henry Trudo, took over and even his grandson Johan helped to run the
brewery for a long time, but he did not believe that there was much future in
it. The upcoming industrialisation and mechanisation asked very high investments,
too high!

De
brouwerij op kasteel Croy |
|
"Dicht
